With a foundation in business (Georgetown University McDonough) and years working on Wall Street before charting my own path as a founder of multiple businesses for well over a decade, I bring both corporate fluency and hard-won personal wisdom to my coaching and consulting work. I understand the systems you're navigating — and I know what it takes to move through them, reimagine them, or walk away from them entirely.

As an autistic Black and Indigenous femme who has navigated corporate environments, hospitality spaces, and entrepreneurship while neurodivergent, I also offer specialized coaching and consulting around neurodivergence in the workplace and in life. This work is personal, intersectional, and grounded in lived experience— designed for neurodivergent individuals seeking to thrive on their own terms (and develop a tool kit of resources to do so), and for businesses + organizations ready to move beyond performative inclusion toward environments where neurodivergent people, particularly those who are BIPOC and LGBTQIA2S+, can genuinely belong.
