A Season Together
Welcome
This page lays out what to expect should we begin working together: the structure, how to reach me, and a few things worth naming clearly upfront so we can spend our actual time together focused on you, not logistics.
What's Included
- Monthly 1:1 Call: one 60-minute call per month, scheduled in advance.
- Weekly Office Hours: real-time feedback and support for anything that comes up between calls— I'm on your team in a more consistent, ongoing way than typical coaching allows for.
Session Logistics
- Calls are held via Zoom or phone, scheduled in advance.
- Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule; late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit that month's call.
- I'll follow up after each call with any notes or assignments to complete before our next session.
Communication & Boundaries
Office hours are held via text at a consistent weekly window— I respond to messages sent during that window, and messages outside it are answered at the next office hours.
This isn't a 24/7 line, and it isn't a replacement for real-time crisis support. If you're in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services directly.
Role & Scope
Coaching is not therapy, medical advice, financial advice, or legal advice. I don't diagnose, treat, or provide licensed clinical care. If something you're navigating would benefit from a licensed therapist, doctor, or other professional, I'll say so, and encourage you to pursue that support alongside our work.
Confidentiality
What we discuss stays between us. I won't share details of our conversations with anyone without your explicit permission, except where required by law.
Investment & Renewal
You're not just investing in monthly calls, you're investing in a supportive, hands-on seasonal relationship: consistent guidance, real accountability, and someone in your corner while things unfold in real time.
Paid in full or in installments. Space in ongoing coaching is limited; renewal isn't automatic— we'll check in near the end of our three months about continuing together.
$2,300 for the three-month partnership.
