Neurtura: Coaching + Consulting
Some of us were never meant to fit the mold— we are wired for more, and are meant to redesign it.
With a foundation in business (McDonough, Georgetown University) and years working on Wall Street before charting my own path as a founder of multiple businesses for well over a decade, I bring both corporate fluency and hard-won personal wisdom to my coaching and consulting work. I understand the systems you're navigating— and I know what it takes to move through them, reimagine them, or walk away from them entirely.
Neurtura is the practice I've built around that work, and every part of it comes from the same place— a practice built around how you're actually wired, not how you've been told to perform.:
A daily app for nervous-system care and capacity-building
Seasonal 1:1 coaching for the deeper, longer arc of change
Speaking, consulting, and workshops for organizations and institutions ready to build something different
Sara Elise at Again Vintage, by Emanuel Hahn
I work with individuals, corporations, and cultural institutions who are ready to do something real: build lives, businesses, and spaces rooted in intention, pleasure, longevity, and authentic belonging.
Whether you're an individual at a crossroads, a company seeking to create genuinely inclusive culture, a hotel thinking through accessible hospitality + interior design options that will have guest resonance, or a creative institution looking to host an event for neurodivergent guests and deepen your community impact, I meet you where you are— and help you get to where you're meant to be.
As an autistic Black and Indigenous femme who has navigated corporate environments, hospitality spaces + hotel ownership, and entrepreneurship while neurodivergent, I also offer specialized coaching and consulting around neurodivergence in the workplace and in life. This work is personal, intersectional, and grounded in lived experience— designed for neurodivergent individuals seeking to thrive on their own terms (and develop a tool kit of resources to do so), and for businesses + organizations ready to move beyond performative inclusion toward environments where neurodivergent people, particularly those who are BIPOC and LGBTQIA2S+, can genuinely belong.
